Fuse Bistro is an excellent spot to meet with friends in any season. The outdoor seating gives you the chance to people watch in the center of Lowell on a quiet street. Indoors you can experience great drinks made especially for your taste. The menu has many specials and is sure to meet anyone's palate.

Warm, friendly, low-key, tasty. Good beer selection. I had a beer, a Caesar salad (good but could've used a few more anchovies as expected), and a burger, for $35 including tip.

Food was excellent. Very eclectic menu.

Good fish & chips. This place feels like it should be in Seattle.

Great location downtown. I normally go here to see live music, especially on St. Patty’s day. Chill vibe and the food and drinks are great.

Great variety on their menu with delicious food. Whether you are coming for a fine gourmet meal or some quick pub style snacks they never fail. Creative and tasty drinks from the bartenders all the time. Everything is tied together with an amazing staff. Don’t pass them by!

The food was very good. The portions were on the smaller size but the food was very fresh, even the desserts.

The best! Great service and food. Get their steak and mushroom rueben off their lunch menu and top it off with their chocolate bread pudding. Delish! They have very friendly waitstaff, too, who remember you after just a few visits.

My wife and I get here as much as possible. Great drinks and a top end home style quality to the food. Definitely recommend this stop for a nice date or night out for fun.

The customer service is regularly speedy, great atmosphere, super nice staff members. Will return here again when I get in the area.

Stopped in for a late Wednesday lunch.Service was fairly quick on water, food and drink delivery. Food was above average for Lowell. We had a lamb burger, wings and a chefs burger.Where I have to knock them is on both staffing levels and follow up service. There were only three people working. One lady at the door, a waiter taking orders and running food and the bartender. At one point, as we finished up, we didn't see anyone come outside for 15 minutes, so we couldn't have another drink or get water.I walked in to pay my bill and both the waiter and bartender were on their cell phones while trying to work and manage a vendor delivery. Staffing and service is the only flaw here, if they iron those out we will be back.

Delicious food! Went here for hubby and I's birthday, he got the short ribs and I got the special pasta dish. Both so delicious, and fresh! The service is attentive, atmosphere is fun and you can really see everyone enjoying themselves. Will definatly go back and/or try the one in Westford!

I was here two or three times during a several day event at the Tsongas Center and was very pleased on each visit. Service was always good. They had a nice selection of craft beer. The HALF POUND LAMB BURGER & olive relish, applewood bacon was really great and the FISH N CHIPS Crispy fried cod, house fries, Napa slaw & lemon caper tartar worked out well too. Not a bit greasy which is always nice to see.

Great cocktails. This place is the jewel of the downtown restaurant scene, largely thanks to manager Sandra, who is also downtown Lowell's best bartender. The menu changes frequently, staying interesting. The crunch burger shouldn't be missed and offers a great low cost option when you're not spending like it's date night. The service is the best in town. Mike M has been our waiter on several occasions, and he's a national treasure.

Good service, the food as a trade expensive but a overall nice experience. the ramen poke bowl was seared tuna rare and chilled noodles, flavorful. creamed parsnip soup. also good.

Came here by recommendation from friend. We were only ones here at 1130 so sort of apprehensive. Menu looked sort of boring. Then the beef reuben caught my eye. Best reuben i have ever had!!!! They should patent this!!! Salad side delicious as well. Great find. Great food. Great service. The homemade pickles are great also. Yum!!!!

Stopped by for lunch today and had a fantastic experience. Fried Green Tomato BLT was fantastic and the burger of the week looked fantastic and was thoroughly enjoyed by my dining companion. Bonus points for the Beyond Meat burger on the menu and the delicious whiskey sour. Will definitely be back next time we are in Lowell!

Fuse is amazing place! The food and drinks are delicious and is a staple to the Downtown Lowell neighborhood. The servers are the best and I consider them as family! The Cape Cod crunch burger and the pasta specials are two of my favorites.

Limited menu, but I've never had a bad meal here. Love the fusion and using local ingredients!

Excellent food, tap beers are on point, and friendly service. Brought my family in and they treated us like their own. It is obvious they care. Will definitely be coming back!

Fuse Bistro has style and delicious food at a reasonable price. On nice days, when warm enough, it is fun to dine outside, al fresco. The cobblestone street, trees, brick firehouse architecture and side street setting add to the culinary experience. One of the great bargains is the Crunch Burger, especially with the Mixed Greens salad. Perfection!

The only place I can bring my dog. Food is actually very good.

The service isn't always the best thing about Fuse, but the food is good and that's a lot. The dining room can be noisy (lots of hard surfaces) so sit outside if you can whenever the weather allows. Lots of great infusions and other homemade stuff from locally-farmed ingredients that reward repeated visits. Good spot.

I must have eaten here a hundred times by now and I’m just getting around to rating it. My go to is the seared tuna burger but I’ve never been disappointed by anything on the menu. The lamb burger is amazing and not too “lamby” if you’re not into lamb. The pizzas are excellent. My wife and I will frequently share a pizza and a Caesar salad. In the summer there’s a lot of outdoor seating. There’s a small but excellent beer menu. Fun fact: I own a restaurant (Warp and Weft) around the corner and whenever someone comes while we’re closed I send them to Fuse. There’s no restaurant in town that I go to more often than Fuse Bistro.

My friend and I enjoyed dinner at the Fuse in Dec 2019. I picked the place based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was great although service was ok. It's a small space but we never felt rushed to leave. Highly recommend and I'll be back.

Outstanding execution of local all natural and from scratch cooking. Quiet and warm atmosphere. Timely service Super freindly.You can see smell and taste the care given to the smallest details...Presentation speaks for itself...

We went to Sunday brunch there. It was great service, great food, huge portions. Getting the magnum of champagne with a variety of juices gave a very festive feel. Would go back for sure.

My absolute favorite restaurant in downtown Lowell! Fresh ingredients always cooked perfectly. A nice single page menu that is tweaked every few weeks to stay fresh and current. Enticing specials that change daily. Incredible Sunday brunch. Super friendly and attentive staff all around. I eat here all the time and can’t think of a single complaint. They even bring ice water out for my dog when we sit outside in the summer. A few of my favorites dishes are the daily pasta, tacos, chicken & waffles, and whatever beef option they have on the menu at any given time from the fillet to the short ribs they are all wonderful! Go eat!

Scott, Jacqui and team deeply care about the communities that they do business in - from supporting local farms, providing donations to local groups and being great neighbors. Great food and drinks.

Wish they had more non-meat options besides pastas and tuna burgers. They have a nice drink menu too but the bar area is a bit small. If you were planning on going out for drinks I'd recommend getting a table and ordering drinks and apps. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the neighborhood and looking for something a little different.

Cool place with a hipsterque vibe. The menu is small but done well. They have a creative and delicious food. Servers are friendly welcoming and the drinks are awesome.

Great spot in a beautiful building. I wish I had asked what the it was before it became a restaurant... anyway, sangria was fine, but the food they were bringing out looked and smelled fantastic, if a bit boring. Pretty standard steak and potatoes Americana but delicious.Or waiter also seemed to be having a rough day but was perfectly nice anyway.
